Xceed-TRS Asia Open Championship 2010, Shanghai, China

XceedRc is organising, in cooperation with TRS racetrack in Shanghai, the 1st Xceed-TRS Asia Open Championship.
The race is for 1/10 and 1/8 scale gaspowered cars, all brands allowed.
The race date is 20 and 21 november 2010, with open practise on 18 and 19th of november, for those with more time to spend.
Michael Salven will attend this event, and the staff of XceedRC will be at the track for support.

China AC Power, Plugs and Outlets Standard:
Ø The standard for voltage in China is 220 volts which uses plugs and outlets as shown in the pictures below. (Re: IMG 1191)
Ø Make sure your equipment operates at the above noted voltage, if necessary, that you have the necessary plug adapters.
Transportation:
Ø Free shuttle bus service will be offered on qualifying (20th November 2010, Saturday) and Final (21st November 2010, Sunday) days from hotel to race track.
Ø Self transportation is needed to be arranging on practice day 18th November 2010, Thursday and 19th November 2010, Friday. If any assistance is needed for transport service, please email the requests to teresa@xceedrc.com for further details.

Ø 1/10 classes: sedan bodies with EFRA approval.
Ø 1/8 classes: Lola/GTP types bodies with EFRA approval.

Ø Frequencies: 27 MHz: only 26.995, 27,045, 27,145 27,195 and 27,255.
75 MHz: All channels 61 thru 90MHz: Channels 00, 02, 06 and 08
53 MHz: Frequencies 53,100 thru 53, 800 MHz
2.4 GHz: All DSS and Spectrum systems
Ø Controlled Fuel: Xceed Pro-Fuel only, available at the track
Event Schedule
Practice: 18th November 2010 (Thursday) – 19th November 2010 (Friday)

Qualifying Round: 20th November 2010 (Saturday)
Ø Qualifying Rounds : 10 minutes for each heat in each class
3 Round of Qualifying Heats.
Main Final: 21th November 2010 (Sunday)
Ø 1 Round of Qualifying Heats
The best result of each driver will bump up to the main final.
Ø Main Final : 10 minutes for D, F, G, H, I Final
20 minutes for C Final
30 minutes for B Final
45 minutes for A Final
Ø Award presentation : Trophies will be awarded to all finalist
